An Account Representative is assigned to the district as the main point of contact with MCS. This person is responsible for coordinating all phases of the implementation. Our first onsite visit is to obtain information and converse with district personnel to "Review the Current System" and documents required. A DFD (Data Flow Diagram) is compiled to describe how the current system works and to visualize known problems.
Documentation and diagrams developed from the "Current System Review" process are provided to the district. Once the district agrees that MCS understands the district specifications, the "Proposed Approach to Implementation Plan Design" is modified accordingly.
