Nu-Menus. MCS is the only vendor to produce all required
reports for both menu systems.
- Production report includes recipe yield, serving size,
ingredients, and nutritional analysis

- Allows unlimited recipes and menus by user-defined school types
(Elementary, Middle, High, etc.)
- Reports nutrient analysis by projected or actual servings
- Updates available whenever new requirements are issued
Bid Analysis
- User-defined bid groups and bid periods
- Allows overlapping bid periods
- Unit of measure linked to the awarded bid for each item
(weight, each, serving, case, etc.)
