How It Works
- Step 1 : Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this screen for the screen-sharing session. Enter the access code that you receive from our support team below and click the button.
- Step 2 : You are prompted to download a small plug-in for your browser
- Step 3 : With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share your keyboard/mouse.
- Step 4 : You are in full control at all times. You always have overriding control and can disconnect the session at any time.
